ABOUT
Brushstrokes to Bespoke Living
Hi, thanks for checking my bio. My name is Wei-Shen Lin; I usually go by Wilson. I studied graphic design in college, but I always knew that my passion was for fine art.
By chance, I met a person who changed my life while I was backpacking around Australia: Thierry B, a French art dealer and mentor. After I moved to Melbourne, We work closely together on many different projects, and his influence on my journey has been profound and truly inspiring.
I’d portray my artistic philosophy as deeply influenced by my Taiwanese heritage. It’s the wisdom of Buddhism, mixed with a bit of French touch. It’s a unique fusion of aesthetics and spirituality, both poetic and chic.

Being a professional artist for over 10 years. My journey has been a vibrant mosaic of creativity. I have had the privilege of seeing my work featured in TV shows, magazines, and sold to a law firm, a private hospital, and a luxury hotel. I believe that art has the power to transform spaces and lives.
In addition to my artistic pursuits, I also have a deep love for home styling. I believe that the aesthetics of our living spaces play a crucial role in enhancing our daily lives. Just as in my art, I seek to create harmonious and visually captivating environments that resonate with the spirit of those who inhabit them.
Together, we’ll discover self-expression and the transformative power of art and design. Check out my blog and join me on an adventure of home styling.

Artist Statement
Order inside infinity—that’s my compass.
I make abstract paintings about balance—where structure meets intuition.
Design training gives me clear frameworks; Buddhist practice helps me stay with what appears. I often use the harmonic series as a quiet guide, then disrupt it with deliberate gesture. Thin transparent layers let light build over time, so tension can hold without breaking. Years in Australia taught me distance and listening; guidance from my French mentor shaped my sense of measure. The result: energy woven into calm.
